    Description

    Hobson Prior is on the lookout for a dynamic HR Director to drive business transformation within a global pharmaceutical company.

    This strategic role involves defining, building, and implementing global HR policies, designing organization and staff development strategies, and managing day-to-day tasks.

    The successful candidate will be leading an existing HR team, making hands-on leadership a key aspect of this role. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business transformation at a strategic level.
    Define, build, and implement global HR policies.
    Manage day-to-day HR tasks and lead an existing HR team. Over 10 years' experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and health technology sectors.
    Ability to work in the office 3 days a week.
