- Design and iterate on the UI/UX aspects of our SaaS platform, focusing on delivering seamless and impactful user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Employ a data-driven approach to inform design decisions and work with UXR to measure the effectiveness of design solutions through user testing and analytics.
- Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, testing, and launch.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mock-ups, and specifications as needed.
- Stay abreast of UX trends and seek creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
- Foster a culture of design excellence, pushing the boundaries of design quality and creativity.Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and particularly Figma. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Experience working within an agile development process.
- Strong understanding of the importance of user-centred design and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
