    VACANCY | MIDDLESEX IN THE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP MANAGER


    Location:
    Hybrid; 2 days per week at Lords or other MITC office

    Contract Term:
    Permanent, Full Time

    You will play a visible and important role in ensuring that there is a comprehensive cricket offer accessible across the county for any young person aged over 5 years and create sustainable partnerships with local authorities, community organisations and other sporting bodies to ensure we have a comprehensive community offer across the City.

    Manage partnerships with Local Authorities, clubs, schools and communities in the areas specified above.
    Strengthen relationships through community and club events and visits where appropriate.
    Develop new relationships within the areas specified to ensure Middlesex provides a leading community offering.
    Manage allocated Community Coaches.
    Manage the Community Coaches schedules.
    Work with the Assistant Partnership Manager to manage Community Coach schedules.
    Work alongside the other MITC Partnership Managers to ensure a leading community offer to Middlesex.
    Mange the Safe Hands Management System for the areas specified above
    Support the girls and women's MITC Partnership manager to develop women and girls opportunities in clubs and communities within the areas specified above
    Support and engage clubs with the disability club champion offer.
    Increase the number of people engaging in cricket at a club and community level in the areas above and throughout Middlesex
    Lead and manage the Middlesex volunteer programme, including rewarding, recognising and training new volunteers throughout Middlesex.
    Ensure the recording portal is updated, coaches are allocated to schools and any other responsibilities the programme management requires

    Deliver at least 25 coach education courses per year and ensure further coach education is arranged and delivered on a contract basis.

    Be enthusiastic about the programmes and content being delivered
    Promote Middlesex and Middlesex in the Community and other initiatives that the club offers as and when appropriate
    You will be part of the MiTC management team that will meet regularly

    All applicants must have Right to Work in the UK, sponsorship for overseas employees cannot be provided for this role.
