    Description

    As a Principal Tech Lead in Digital Network Platforms, you will act as the foremost technical authority and subject matter expert in transforming our OSS landscape. This role is pivotal in defining the technical direction, ensuring architectural alignment and definition of a standardised high velocity, high quality and cost-efficient software delivery framework that enables agility and meets the evolving requirements of our Digital developer community.

    Key responsibilities include leading a team of highly skilled technical leads, fostering innovation, and driving delivery excellence. You will lead in transforming the way we work commoditising software delivery at speed whilst improving quality and reducing cost using both agile software delivery and platform engineering best practice.

    The must haves
  • Proven experience in software development and system architecture in the Telco OSS domain.
  • Strong background in DevOps practices, including test automation, pipelines, source control, and cultural change.
  • Working experience of successfully transforming and implementing agile software delivery practices
  • Solid understanding of Platform Engineering and its applicability to OSS.
  • Working experience and strong knowledge of public, private and hybrid cloud providers, technologies and services and also a working understanding of data and application frameworks on cloud.
