    Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a welcoming and hard-working individual to join our dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. The Communication and Parental Engagement Lead will be responsible for building best practice Communication Strategy for the Academy. Enabling and facilitating the Knights Team to meet the aims of our Communication Strategy (linking with families and the wider community) and further enhance important multi-agency communication following through the strategic work of the Leadership Team.

    We aim to work in true partnership with parents and carers, effectively sharing information to ensure together we know and understand young people across home and school.

    We work to establish shared thinking and knowledge of up-to-date key priorities and progress, we work together to best support young people across settings.

    You will be a well qualified and highly motivated individual who as an enthusiastic and dynamic professional is committed to delivering success. We have an enviable professional development programme available which allows all staff to develop in their role with opportunities for internal promotion throughout the Trust.
