    Description

    Our Design Operations team is a multi-disciplinary team focused on ensuring more effective designers and a more efficient Design organization.

    We operationalize and improve design practices, systems, and tools that drive craft excellence and efficiency – at scale.

    We are looking for an experienced Design Operations Lead to join our team You will report to the Head of Design Operations.

    You think fast on your feet, come up with solutions to important situations, are swift to decision, and take calculated risks.

    You're constantly looking to connect the dots and solve the root problem – not just the immediate symptom.
    You're organized, proactive, and excel in the details. You recognize the importance of long-term goals, you have vision, and are committed to success. 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience delivering programs that affect people and processes, ideally in design operations, consulting, or business operations
    Expertise in design practices and methodologies, product development lifecycle, and measurement & evaluation
    Expertise in measuring impact, identifying risks, and focusing projects on priorities that accomplish outcomes
