    Description

    Property Manager BathSomerset

    Anexciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to joinone of Bath's best Estate Agents. This role involvesworking closely with the Property Management Team and the Head ofProperty Management. The primary goal is to manage tenancieseffectively and efficiently while ensuring landlords'properties are well cared for.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for Tenants andLandlords postlet.
    • Manage keys including theresponsibility for key boxes and distributing keys tocontractors.
    • Handle work orders includingbooking quotes contractors and suppliers.
    • Coordinate premovein works as specified by the New LetsTeam.
    • Manage checkout processes includingsending emails and booking cleans.
    • Overseecheckin processes and send followup emails.
    • Distribute Welcome packs to new tenants.
    • Advise on postinspection works.
    • Assist with deposit negotiations andconfirmations.
    • Manage void periods andassociated works.
    • Send vacant managementreports to landlords.
    • Handle endoftenancy keyreturns collections and cutting.
    • Processinvoicing for vacating tenants through accounts.
    • Schedule property inspections.
    • Oversee utility management.
    • Notifyin cases of block management.
    • Provide supportto the Property Management Team as required.

    JobDetails:

    • Job Type:Fulltime Permanent.
    • Salary: £25000£27000 per year (depending on experience) plus commissionopportunities.
