    Description

    Are you looking for a hybrid role in West London?Do you have a driving license and your own vehicle and have easy access to Ealing?My client is seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator with a hunger for seizing opportunities and closing deals.

    The ability to communicate well and build rapport with London-based professionals from various salary brackets is absolutely essential.


    Working hours:
    Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays is also very important in this particular marketA large part of the role is outcome-focused meaning that there will be some flexibility for later starts and time off in lieu during the week to compensate for thisOur client is offering the successful

    Lettings Negotiator:
    Basic salary of up to £22,500Realistic OTE £45,000 (1st year)

    To be considered for the role of Lettings Negotiator you must have the following requirements:

    Minimum of 12 months experience within lettings ideallyThe individual that we are looking for needs to be articulate, dynamic and well-presented.

    Target-driven and motivatedFull UK driving licence and own carEasy access to Ealing and the surrounding areas by car, on a daily basis, is required for this role.

    Excellent communication and rapport building with London-based professionals from various salary brackets is absolutely essentialKey responsibilities:Registering applicantsMatching applicants to suitable accommodationBooking viewings and arranging accessManaging your own diary.

    Securing offers for prospective tenanciesWorking effectively to meet KPI's and reach agreed targetsProcessing the referencing and tenancy​​​​​​Due to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
