    Position:
    Residential Care Home Manager

    Service Users:
    Elderly with Dementia


    Location:
    Golders Green, LB Barnet

    Salary:
    Up to £42,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

    Type:
    Permanent, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00


    Our Client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Home Manager for a residential care home in North West London (NW11).

    This home, registered for 32 service users, provides exceptional care for the frail elderly and those living with dementia.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage staff and ensure the delivery of highquality care.
    • Protect service users from harm and manage risks effectively.
    • Oversee the medication process and ensure accurate records.
    • Promote social activities and community involvement.
    • Ensure nutritional and healthcare needs of service users are met.
    • Foster positive relationships between care staff and service users.
    • Keep care plans updated and responsive to changing needs.
    • Lead service user and staff meetings to drive service improvements.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed.
    • Proven track record as a registered manager or similar senior role.
    • Experience in elderly and dementia care.
    • Indepth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
