    Description
    We are seeking a talented Fundraising Assistant and Social Media Manager to join our nonprofit team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with artist relations, managing auctions, fundraising research, updating website, and developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our audience effectively.

    Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility
    – Create engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
    – Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
    – Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and track performance
    – Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create innovative social media campaigns
    – Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    – Manage nonprofit auctions and keep website up to date
    – Assisting with PR, event planning and research
    Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
    – Ability to manage public relations effectively
    – Strong relationship management skills
    – Familiarity with fundraising strategies
    – Strong writing skills required
