    Description

    Eaton Valley Primary school is a thriving school with amazing children, families and staff.

    We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated individual into the role of Assistant School Business Manager. As Assistant School Business Manager, you will work closely with the School Business Manager, Head teacher and Senior Leadership Team providing strategic vision and operational deliverance on all matters relating to the Administration of the school, budget, finance and HR. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial and administrative aspects of our school, whilst gaining valuable experience and opportunities for further development into the role a School Business Manager.

    It is desirable that the successful candidate holds the Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management (CSBM) or equivalent or that you are working towards it. However, for the right candidate we will support you in starting this qualification within the first 6 months of employment.

    • be an outstanding and innovative leader;
    • be a proactive individual with experience of working in a busy office, where flexibility and the ability to prioritise in a changeable environment is paramount;

    • be committed to working with parents, governors and the local community;
    • assist to help manage the business administration functions of the school;
    • have excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to work as part of a team.

        Eaton Valley Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.         Hours:

        37 hours per week, term time plus 5 training days

        Grade:

        Band F. SCP 26 to 31 - £34,834 to £39,186 pro rata. £31,484 to £35,418 per annum
