- Support the development of forecasting plans.
- Collate site capacity to ensure accurate slot allocation and optimization at national level.
- Identify potential gaps and develop and execute initiatives to address capacity constraints as required.
- Collaborate closely with the local CAR T team to:
- Facilitate ongoing operational support of CAR T sites and identify potential opportunities and challenges with regard capacity, capabilities, and structures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive high levels of engagement and ensure a positive site experience.
- Proactively collect site feedback, monitor incidents, and identify customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues (e.g., portal issues).
- Develop action plans for repeated logistical issues (e.g., transport of products).
- Drive implementation and adoption of ordering platform and provide input on BMS Cell Therapy Digital Platform improvements.

Position Summary
The Haematology Cell Therapy Operations Manager (CTOM) is an instrumental role within the Haem-Onc Business Unit responsible for developing and executing onboarding plans and providing oversight and support to ensure operational excellence and seamless delivery of BMS cell therapies.
This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain launch experience and play a key role in realizing the value of the company's cell therapy portfolio as part of a dynamic, collaborative team who are passionate about serving patients.
This position is field based. This will be reviewed once all CAR T sites have been onboarded.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the local team to define and execute the affiliate specific CAR T strategy.
