    VitrA UK Ltd is part of the Eczacıbaşı Group, one of Turkey's most prominent industrial groups. Now as a part of our growing A&D team, we are looking for a Global A&D Relations Manager to be based in our Clerkenwell showroom.

    What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

    Reporting to the Senior Global Commercial Excellence Manager and being a key team member for our global business, key expectations from the role will be:

    • Carrying out brand and product promotion activities through the architect, designer and international developers channel in order to increase the sustainable brand value of the VitrA brand on a global scale
    • Representing the VitrA brand and portfolio within global architects & interior designers community and enhancing its reputation through collaborative opportunities
    • Building a solid global architect and designer network and creating business opportunities through product trainings, events, sponsorships etc.
    • Ensuring that the VitrA brand consolidates its place within project specification branch of the bathroom products by promoting VitrA products and providing project support for leading international architecture & design offices in order to complete reference projects in markets worldwide
    • Build a pipeline of qualified specification leads with global architect and designer network, providing opportunities for the sales organisation to convert to sales
    • Coordinating the various country offices and Marketing teams to carry out the above activities in design offices located in VitrA's international markets
    • Increasing the attractiveness of VitrA London showroom, especially within the architect & designer community
    • Ensuring that the brand is fully and accurately explained to the architect and designer community by centralizing all communication materials while taking into account the local characteristics of the various countries

    Which Core Competencies Do We Need?

    • The role requires a deep knowledge of and proven experience of working at a senior level in the architecture and design sectors in the UK and an aspiration to foster international connections
    • Having a global network of contacts within the architecture and design sectors is a must
    • Planning and managing a holistic strategy of brand awareness increase through different activities (events, trainings etc.)
    • Knowledge and experience in sanitary ware, faucets, bathroom furniture and acrylic products
    • Track record of proper conversion rates / winning projects
    • Solid stakeholder management skills
    • Having the required vision and background for following the sectoral trends
    • A strategic thinker, strong decision maker and problem solver with a global mindset
