You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and the delivery of high-quality products/services to meet the needs and expectations of a broad client portfolio.

End User Computing Management:
Oversee the break-fix, build and maintenance of end-user computing hardware and software systems.
Ensure timely resolution of end-user device technical issues and service requests through effective incident management processes.
Generate regular progress reports and performance metrics to track team efficiency and project outcomes.

Plan and allocate resources to meet shifting demand patterns and escalations.
Provide guidance and support for skill development, training, and career advancement opportunities.
Enforce quality standards and best practices to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of technical systems.
Work with the Quality teams to develop and ensure adherence to all processes and operating standards.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in end-user computing management, technical operations management, or a similar role.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work outside of regular business hours when necessary to address emergencies or critical issues.
