    Director International E-Commerce & Brand Experience (M/W/D)

    in Vollzeit für unseren Standort Köln.
    Als Director International E-Commerce & Brand Experience suchen wir eine dynamische Persönlichkeit, die unsere internationalen E-Commerce-Aktivitäten leitet und gleichzeitig als Sparring-Partner für unsere Kollegen im Marketing, Produktmanagement fungiert. Sie werden die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer E-Commerce-Strategie tragen, während Sie gleichzeitig die Markenstärke und -positionierung in wichtigen Märkten wie den USA, UK, Frankreich und China landesspezifisch vorantreiben.
    ~ Entwicklung und Implementierung einer unternehmensweiten E-Commerce-Strategie mit klaren Zielen und effektivem Budgetmanagement
    ~ Leitung und Entwicklung des E-Commerce-Teams, um die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen und das Wachstum voranzutreiben
    ~ Strategischer Ausbau unseres nationalen und internationalen E-Commerce-Geschäfts, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf die genannten Märkte
    ~ Aktive Identifizierung neuer Trends und Kundenbedürfnisse, um neue Wachstumsfelder zu erschließen und die Marke weiter zu stärken
    ~ Sicherstellung der Einhaltung rechtlicher Bestimmungen und Branchenstandards im E-Commerce-Bereich
    ~ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Online-Produktpalette den Anforderungen des Marktes entspricht und mitwächst
    ~7-10 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen E-Commerce (cosmetics/ FMCG) und Verständnis für die Besonderheiten verschiedener Märkte
    ~ Leidenschaft für Markenbildung und -Positionierung sowie die Fähigkeit, die Marke Jean&Len international zu repräsentieren und zu stärken
    ~ Analytische Denkweise und strategisches Geschick, um die E-Commerce-Aktivitäten effektiv zu steuern und Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren
    ~ Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist, um erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten
    ~ Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
    ~ Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
    ~ Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Geschäftsreisen
