    Description

    Key Responsibilities:


    Budget Management:
    Develop, monitor, and reconcile service charge budgets, while approving expenditures within budgetary constraints.

    Customer Service Excellence:
    Champion a culture of exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.

    Communication:
    Maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients, tenants, internal teams, and support functions.

    Staff Management:
    Lead and support site-based staff, ensuring adherence to all HR policies and procedures.

    Supplier Oversight:
    Monitor, audit, and assess the performance of external suppliers against SLAs, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.

    Compliance Assurance:
    Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations concerning health and safety, environmental standards, and internal policies across all operations.

    Capital Projects:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage capital replacement programs.

    Reporting:
    Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports for various stakeholders, participating in management meetings as required.

    Inspections and Maintenance:
    Conduct regular building inspections, initiate necessary repairs or maintenance, and oversee completion.

    Emergency Preparedness:
    Establish and enforce robust security and emergency procedures, actively participating in emergency situations as needed

    Candidate Profile:
    Qualifications/Key Skills:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
    Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM or RICS.
    National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health accredited by NEBOSH.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
