    Description

    A global luxury beauty retailer is looking to recruit a business manager to oversee operations of its largest door in the UK.

    This luxury retailer is renowned for being a pioneer within the beauty market and has been at the forefront of innovation within skincare, cosmetics and fragrance for over one hundred years.

    The role of business manager will see you take control of a number of points of sale within a luxury department store environment.

    You will be responsible for a multi-million turnover business with direct line management of six managers.

    Given the profile of the business you will be managing, you'll take the lead on a number of key projects both nationally and internationally.

    You will take charge of weekly visits to the operation, both from internal and external visitors, being a true ambassador of the brand.

    This luxury retailer is looking to speak to experienced managers from luxury fashion, footwear, beauty or fine jewellery.

    They are looking for people who can challenge the status quo and continue driving the commercial performance of the brand to new heights.

    In return, they are offering a highly competitive salary of up to £55,000 plus a monthly and quarterly bonus based on store sales.

    You will also receive a full healthcare plan and competitive company pension.
