- Manage campaign creation and execution
- Work with Demand Generation and cross-departmentally to implement best-practices
- Create email templates and segments
- Coordinate the Marketing activities calendar to ensure there is no overlap of campaigns going to the same segment.
- Own email nurture strategy, creation, and reporting.
- Ensure data is accurate to support post-mortem campaign reporting
- Analyse data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimise performance
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data
- Manage and maintain the functionality of Marketo, including system configuration, data management, and integration with other platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient use of Marketo across the marketing team.
- Manage and enhance relationships with vendors
- Coordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations / Automation
- Familiarity in MS Office
- Competence in Marketo
- Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management acumen
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
- The starting pay range for this role is £65,000+ with 5% MBO.
- Pay progression is based on performance.
