    Job Title Global CX Insights Reporting Analyst Job Description About our Global CX Insights Reporting Analyst role. We are looking for a CX Insights Reporting Analyst to join our Global Marketing team. You'll ensure key performance reporting, analytics and insights are delivered to drive customer experience success. You'll define, design and visualise multiple data sources to build/maintain accurate, efficient and timely reporting. This will be vital in assessing our customer experience and predicting future needs What's in it for you?

    #LI-SW1 Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day?

    You will be Partnering with Global CX Data Team to ensure accurate, timely, well defined, and continually improved raw data whilst building and maintaining a suite of key standardised and consistent reporting, with world-class data visualisation.

    You will also analyse outputs and provide recommendations to the business on opportunities and risks to customer experience. You will provide frequent analysis and partnering with key stakeholders to understand performance and drive data-driven decision-making. Minimum qualifications


    • Experience within Insights Reporting and analysing data
    • Ability to connect different data sets
    • Experience within Customer Experience
    • Experience using Voice of Customer Platforms would be an advantage
    • Experience using PowerBi or Qlik Dig deeper about who we are:
