    Description

    You'll work collaboratively with local HR leads who are the experts in local legislation, ER, HR systems and employee experience within each of the CCOO locations.

    Your team members will inspire you and also support you with your business unit specific agenda.
    Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the business areas they support and the wider People team whilst understanding the business plans and goals to be able to provide commercial advice and support on all People Operational Issues


    • Leading on key CCOO People projects and change initiatives and designing and delivering People solutions in collaboration with COEs.
    • Embedding a Performance Management culture that supports and delivers our Business and People objectives
    • Supporting the development of robust talent pipelines and managing recruitment needs with leadership teams, working with talent acquisition partners to deliver an effective workforce plan
    • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on escalated HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex employee relations issues in conjunction with the GO2 ER Team
    Strong decision making capability, comfortable with autonomy with ability to demonstrate commercial thinking
