Job Purpose
To support the individual Bid teams in preparing bid/tender/PQQ/SQ submissions that respond to Employers Requirements and add value to sales proposals. To lead on the production of quality submissions for Framework bids. To help in presenting the company as the contractor of choice for existing and potential Clients. Ensure that all tender submission proposal documents issued are of a high standard, clear, appropriate to the project, and communicates the agreed win strategies and win themes.
Key Responsibilities
·Work with the wider bid team to identify bid win strategies & themes
·Prepare a bid answer plan including identification of resources (authors) required to complete.
·Coach and support authors in compiling their individual responses.
·Co-ordination & Production of Tender Submission proposal documents.
·Co-ordination & Production of PQQ/SQ documents.
·Bid writing of relevant sections e.g. Organization charts, CV's, standard company information etc.
·Analyzing Employers Requirements and contributing ideas for ITT quality submissions
·Maintaining & updating a library of useful data, information, previous quality responses and the like.
·Assistance in the development of presentations for interviews.
·Ensure the winning strategy and win themes are articulated effectively throughout the bid response, showing excellent appreciation of what the client needs.
·Create, publish and submit tender response documents in accordance with agreed timetables.
·Be professional in communications with all employees, clients and customers and ensure that confidentiality of information is maintained
·Ensure consistently high standards are maintained in all bid response documentation and sales materials through use of templates, and thorough content reviews including proofreading and formatting checks
·Researching Clients to understand their drivers and identify "added value" inclusions for our offers.
·Support the development and refinement of the bid framework tools and processes by providing feedback and ideas and taking an active role in bid team review processes.
·Supporting the office administration by involvement with reception phone answering rota.

·Written English to a high standard; able to author, edit and challenge content
·Technical Skills - Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Publisher.
·Ability/experience inAdobe InDesign would be an advantage.
