    Description
    The role of Senior Property Programme Surveyor will include:
  • Survey existing commercial stock to establish future planned capital works and budgets required
  • Raise tenders on company portal and compile specifications
  • Manage programmed works from conception through to completion, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants and clients
  • Process valuations for payment
  • Ensure investment works are compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for work specifications and tenders and provide accurate and timely information for management reports

    • Skills and experiences:

  • Building related degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification or knowledge and ability at an equivalent level
  • HNC in building surveying or similar
  • Experience of managing resources and budgets
  • Working knowledge of building regulations, legislation and current practices
  • Previous experience of managing contractors
  • Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
