    JOB SUMMARY:

    Hartree Partners is seeking a highly motivated IT end user support engineer, the ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained within an investment firm.

    This position offers competitive pay and an immediate start date. This is a Central London office based position.


    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Acting as the first point of contact for clients (internal) , focused primarily on our London office employees both on premise and remote, remote support of offices across EuropeAssist with the resolution of any Technology or general office infrastructure issuesDesktop provisioning and Support (both on premise and remote) – Hardware and MS Office SuiteMobile devices provisioning and support – O365 , MS IntuneManaging client support by logging, diagnosing and resolving their problems via email, phone and helpdesk portalUsing the help-desk system to document problem descriptions and resolutionsCollaborating with colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders to investigate and test issues and develop solutions for the clientsUsing your communication skills to explain the status of issues to clients and escalating any high priority customer issues to managementCoordinating and managing desk moves and computer equipment upgradesManage hardware inventory of spare computer parts and pc'sEDUCATION &


    EXPERIENCE:
    Technology-based degree 2+ years of experience in supporting Corporate end usersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSome previous work experience within customer or client services would be idealA keen interest in Microsoft 365 and cloud computing would be preferableAmbitious person with a drive to improve and innovateExcellent admin and organisational skillsWillingness to achieve Accredited Microsoft qualificationsSome experience in coding or scripting languages would be preferable, but not essentialWHAT'
