    Druce & Co International is a global leader in luxury residential real estate offering clients an individualised approach on their journey to local or international property investment. Headquartered in Central London with 6 additional London based offices and regional offices in Dubai and Singapore. We are specialists in premium residential property and capital market investments and are committed to delivering bespoke service to our valued clients.

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced letting negotiators across our PCL offices. The successful candidates will be responsible for interacting with prospective tenants, closing viewings and negotiating lease agreements as well as assisting in growing the business.

    Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

    • Showing properties to prospective tenants
    • Conducting property viewings
    • Negotiating lease terms with tenants
    • Preparing and processing lease agreements
    • Generating new business

    Person Specification:

    • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
    • Strong ability identify & follow up on new leads/business opportunities.
    • Strong communication of negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable transport
    • Available to work Saturdays as necessary
