- Helpdesk support for users, day to day issue management, acting as first line support and escalating tickets to senior developers as required
- Reporting; development and maintenance of reports
- User management; new profiles, changes to profiles
- First line of contact with Access for logging issues and identifying recurrent issues and training needs.
- System development support to Proclaim Manager including workflow template updates and development
- Spotting trends in helpdesk tickets, investigating and resolving the root problem to avoid future tickets.

- Experience of working in a family law firm (preferred)

The role can be based from various locations, including Yorkshire, the North East, the North West, and the Midlands, with the need to attend the Leeds or Harrogate office for team meetings every few months.
