    We are looking for a Business development manager with experience within the security industry to join our team and help grow our business.

    About Newvision Security Solutions LtdA security company based in Nottinghamshire, Newvision specialises in wireless CCTV systems and intruder monitoring. We deliver a personal, passionate and tailored security service to every one of our clients, big or small. We strongly believe there's no merit in a "one size fits all" approach to protecting your establishment or property. Our security methods are innovative and constantly anticipate the intent of our customers and clients. We work with the latest technology to ensure the best results.
    DutiesWe seek a highly motivated and results-driven business development manager to join our team. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and meeting sales targets.
    Day-to-day includes:
    • Strategically hunt for new business strategies and tactics to sell the company's products and services.
    • Building and maintaining solid relationships with new and existing clients
    • Chasing leads and follow
    • up opportunities
    • Understand competitor activity, ensuring you are offering customers the best solutions
    • Manage customer pricing, quotations, and terms to protect margins while driving sales forward.
    • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to new and existing customers
    • Negotiating new contracts and closing deals
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
    • Providing excellent customer service and supportTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
    • Strong work ethic and a passion for exploring new opportunities to help grow the business
    • Ability to make decisions and work to tight deadlines
    • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer relationships
    • Previous experience in the security industry, as well as dealing with the construction industry, would be an advantage but is not essential.
    • Able to travel to sites up and down the country if and when required to meet with site contacts.
    • CSCS Card holder would be an advantage but not essential.
    • Full clean driving license
    • Have a in depth knowledge of Linked In (as we generate a lot of our client from this platform and have a large presents)If you are a self
