    Description

    Are you an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant specialising in both Health & Risk offerings and seeking an exciting new challenge? We are currently partnered with a leading third party consultancy, supporting them in their search to appoint a Health & Risk Consultant as part of the growth to their specialist EB division.

    This role would see you provide high quality delivery to clients on a day-to-day basis, assisting and advising on the implementation and ongoing maintenance of their employee benefit plans.

    Client care and satisfaction is vital, so we are seeking somebody with experience of building and maintaining relationships through the delivery of new offerings.

    As this role would see you assisting other members of the team such as Relationship Managers, Consultants and Service Heads, we are seeking an individual who has expert knowledge with Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance.

    Supporting the development of new and additional offerings & services (to both existing and new customers).
    Presenting to groups of employees, clients and senior management for marketing and educational purposes.
    Supporting the responses to tenders and proposals as required.
    Day-to-day account management and client consultancy.
    Experience within (and technical knowledge of) Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk and related benefits within a consultancy role/environment.
    Wider employee benefit & wellbeing experience and/or relevant industry qualifications (GR1, IF7 etc).
