Established by Lloyd's Register in 2018 and carved out into an autonomous business 2021, we are the first fully dedicated technology accelerator specialised in technology and innovation for the safety-critical industrial marketplace.
We help businesses in safety-critical industries to accelerate their digital and technology adoption across areas such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, wearables, sensing, robotics, etc.
Our services include strategic technology and innovation advisory, paid-for participation in our programmes as well as running turn-key corporate innovation programmes and labs.
Since formation we worked with over 50 corporates worldwide across several sectors accounting for $2T of annual revenue and 3m employees.
The bulk of our activity is in maritime, where we have over 30 partners across the shipping and ports ecosystem.

Securing new collaborations and revenue for the businessBuilding strategic relationships with existing and new clients in shipping, ports, and offshoreDesigning and executing marketing campaigns based on current trends and proven demand for emerging technology and innovation in the maritime sectorDeveloping creative value propositions and delivering compelling pitches/proposals based on clients' needsGuiding clients to realise opportunities for accelerating their adoption of emerging technologiesAdvocating the benefit of what we do in professional communities and the mediaKey RequirementsStrong and proven commercial instinct and expertiseProven track record of originating and selling professional services engagements in maritime space, ideally and preferably around technology and/or digital transformationStrong consultative selling approach and client-focussed mindset Extensive pre-exiting personal network of existing contacts at mid-to-senior level in the shipping, ports, and offshore marketGood knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, problems, and solutions in maritime market Ability to thrive in an autonomous, delivery-focused environmentAbility and willingness to operate as an individual contributorLocation and other informationHybrid, with typically 1-2 days a week in central LondonSalary: competitive base and OTE and generous benefits packageApplicants need to be UK residents with a pre-existing right to live and work in the UK
