    Implementation Consultant

    Harrington Starr are delighted to have partnered with this rapidly expanding global risk software fintech company who are seeking to hire a Senior Implementation Consultant based in London. Their innovate risk software has won the firm several awards, and notable clients include several blue chip companies. Within this role you will be overseeing the entire client implementation process, from requirements gathering, documenting / managing workflows, through to post live support / client demos.

    Key responsibilities;

    • Gathering client requirements, managing expectations accordingly with regards to their needs / requirements.
    • Liaising with developers and internal stakeholders effectively with regards to project delivery.
    • Testing / troubleshooting and resolve any issues efficiently throughout SDLC timeline.
    • Take lead on client demos / educating clients etc post implementation.

    Experience / Skills required;

    • Minimum 5 years client-facing financial services experience in the credit or market risk space - ideally from a SaaS / technology vendor.
    • Strong Business Analyst / SDLC experience.
    • Working knowledge of SQL and / or similar technical tools.
    • Strong Credit or Market risk background - essential.
