    Description


    Working for a specialist charitable trust that provides commercial services in a niche market, the Director of Digital Transformation / Transformation Program Manager role involves developing and delivering a technology transformation strategy to modernise every aspect of their business.

    The have 350 UK employees and provide field-based services across the whole of the UK using very fragmented technology and manual processes.

    This role involves analysing what they do & how they do before developing a plan to transform the business, and then leading the transformation.

    This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in their London offices, and occasional UK wide travel (mostly in the South).

    The Director of Digital Transformation / Transformation Program Manager will:

    programmes to implement transformational change, building new systems and processes that will drive efficiency and productivitya digital and innovation strategy, in line with the business objectivesdigital services, providing a united and cohesive digital environment for staff, clients and external stakeholdersand foster digital innovation and digital leadership, helping to lead the way in their sectora diverse group of teams around a digital strategyand unify diverse digital and tech systems present, understanding and mitigating risksa part of the Executive Team and a strong voice advocating innovation and changeTrustees, managers and colleagues across the organisation on the financial impact and viability of future investments, providing support in the development of business casestransformation of technology and develop a programme for effective delivery and roll outa robust suite of business systems software that underpin commercial operations and business managementan understanding of AI and the opportunities and possibilities the use of this technology may bring to an organisationplatforms for making our data open and accessible both internally and externally in line with charitable aimsCandidates for the Director of Digital Transformation / Transformation Program Manager must haveexperience leading technology transformation for a legacy business, ideally for a mid-size or smaller ideally have worked in one of the following sectors - charities, local or central government, health services, trade unions, industry bodies, care sector, surveying, education and construction, or similar.

    experience of change management and working with a diverse range of stakeholders in a diverse environmentcommunication skills, comfort presenting at Exec level and working with field based staff
