    Description
    90,000 + £10,000 Care Allowance

    TRC has teamed up with a fantastic mental health provider in the UK, who is searching for a Regional Clinical Manager to oversee a handful of mental health care homes in the South.

    The role does require someone with an active NMC pin and experience working as a senior manager in a care home environment.

    Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the role would be to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high standards of care and compliance which exceed those required by the CQC, by utilising the company's compliance programme to achieve the required levels of quality.

    Service visits to provide operational, clinical and quality advice to managers.

    Formulating improvement plans, assessing how the home is running and ensuring the manager is delivering, through effective use of audit tools and compliance programme.

    Reviewing reports and data from compliance teams.
    Compiling service reports to be shared with senior leadership team and relevant stakeholders.

    Establishing and maintaining company culture through effective people leadership, carrying out regular supervision and performance management of subordinates as required.

    Oversight of rota's, payroll and the various staff teams to ensure effective cover is in place.
