    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize service delivery processes within a telecommunications company.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service delivery professionals, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services to our valued customers.

    Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

    Develop and implement service delivery strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.

    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance service delivery performance.

    Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to drive collaboration and ensure alignment with service delivery objectives.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

    Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, or related field; Minimum of [X] years of experience in service delivery management within the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of success.

    Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.

    Solid understanding of telecommunications products, services, and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, executives, and stakeholders at all levels.

    PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
