    Training
    In the first couple of weeks, you will undergo our induction and training process.

    This is predominantly held virtually between the hours of 9 am-5 pm with a mix of self-led learning and an in-office induction with your manager.

    Once you've submitted an application, the next steps of the process, if successful, will be a call from one of our recruiters to talk through the role in more detail and take you through a competency-based telephone interview.

    As an Assistant Store Manager you'll bring our core values to life through your team of employees. Retail excellence will be the standard encouraged day to day, in everything you do.
