    PMO - Business Analyst - Project Management office - Netsuite - CRM - Resource Planning - Project management - Consultancy

    Job Title: Business Analyst with PMO Responsibilities

    Location: Hybrid. Mainly remote with occasional travel into the office. (a couple of days per MONTH in Leamington Spa)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Job Summary:

    As a Business Analyst with PMO responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's project management framework and business analysis processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with strategic business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify needs, define requirements, and recommend effective solutions.

    Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements.

    Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

    Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

    Facilitate project meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and consensus among stakeholders.

    Establish and maintain project management processes and standards within the PMO.

    Monitor project performance against key metrics and milestones, identifying risks and issues proactively.

    Support project managers in resource allocation, tracking, and reporting.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.

    Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Proven experience (3-4 years) in business analysis, project management, or PMO roles.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.

    Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Jira, Netsuite is desirable).

    Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

    Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
