Are you an experienced Office Manager with a flair for operational efficiency? We're representing a prestigious firm in search of a skilled individual to lead their office operations.
This role offers a blend of responsibilities across finance, HR, and executive support.Position Overview:
Location:
On-site at our client's office
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
Streamlining daily office tasks, from procurement to hospitality
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Managing financial transactions and invoicing
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Overseeing IT infrastructure and office maintenance
Providing crucial HR support, including recruitment and onboarding
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Private Medical Insurance and Pension contributions (post-probation)
