    Birmingham Temporary £80,000 - £90,000 per year

    About Our Client

    Our client is a highly reputable regulatory body, with a key focus on maintaining high standards within their sector.

    Job Description

    • Leading the development and execution of strategic financial plans.
    • Delivery of procurement strategies, overseeing procurement processes and driving efficiency.
    • Ensuring the financial performance of the organisation aligns with established goals.
    • Managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
    • Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff.
    • Managing budgets and controlling expenditure.
    • Collaborating with senior management to make strategic financial decisions.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Director of Finance and Procurement should have:

    • A professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or ACA
    • Previous PS experience
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach and inspire a team.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A strong understanding of procurement processes and financial regulations.
