    Marketing and Communications Specialist

    Research Services is one of the key Professional Services Departments supporting Oxford's research and innovation community. The new University Entrepreneurship Hub will support and promote the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem within and around University.

    As Marketing and Communications Specialist,you will be responsible for communicating the University's entrepreneurial offering and achievements, both internally and externally.

    Hybrid working is available with the working pattern to be discussed at interview.
    You will be responsible for developing the strategic marketing and communications strategy, in collaboration with the Innovation Communications Manager

    You will identify and engage with a range of stakeholders and audiences, providing timely and relevant information that is aligned with and leveraging the Entrepreneurship Hub's efforts.

    Writing, editing and publishing a range of entrepreneurship communications materials for broad audiences is a key part of the role.

    To be successful in this varied role you will need extensive communications experience in print, digital and social media.

    You will have proven experience in producing effective web content, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-specialist audiences.

    You will have excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and the ability to inspire the confidence of senior colleagues and key stakeholders.

    You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement, CV and the details of two referees as part of your online application.
