    Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Leeds. Part-time applicants and flexible working patterns will be considered.

    Company overview:

    Part of the HW Group ( HW Interim Solutions matches talented and experienced interim and change management executives with PLCs, large private companies, SMEs and private equity-backed organisations. We use our extensive portfolio of sought-after interims who can step in at short notice to lead the business or be the catalyst for transformation.

    This is a diverse support role, for an enthusiastic and conscientious individual. Working with experienced Directors, this role will be to support with proactive client contact. This is a lively, professional business where excellent client service is paramount.

    Responsibilities:

    • Comprehensive diary management including mapping future meeting schedules and client contact
    • Maintaining a comprehensive on-going business development database, liaising with potential clients, and organising introductory and follow-up meetings
    • Using ongoing sector activity to highlight business development opportunities for the firm
    • Updating website/marketing material literature to reflect the corporate successes of the business
    • Preparing Proposal and Tender documents via PowerPoint and Word
    • Support for the team to ensure all business development activity and client and candidate interaction is seamlessly managed to meet crucial deadlines
    • Supporting with the organisation of corporate networking events
    • Actively collaborating with fellow CRM's across the group
    • Keeping ahead of PR to track sector/industry changes and movement of clients/candidates
    • Associated administration and ongoing maintenance of HW Interim Solutions recruitment and CRM system – Filefinder.

    Candidate profile:

    • Confident, flexible and professional individual with a motivated approach and a strong work ethic. Must enjoy what can often be an extremely busy workload, be able to prioritise and use their initiative
    • A successful track record in working with client focused projects
    • Outstanding organisational skills
    • Confident, professional and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
    • Happy to make proactive contact with clients to book meetings for Directors
    • Strong level of commercial acumen, able to understand the sectors that HW Group work within
    • Experience of working within recruitment, search or professional services preferred but not essential.
