    Description

    What that means day to day

  • Lead and inspire a team of 4 phone-based sales executives
  • Assign and manage campaign data to the team
  • Conduct tests to boost conversion rates and implement actionable insights
  • Monitor sales, analyse key metrics like conversion by person / channel and deliver daily performance reports to the Head of Inside Sales.
  • Provide training, call auditing and coaching support to improve sales performance and seek the support of the L&S team where specific training needs are required.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to keep team spirit and morale high and ensure we have an open and high performing sales culture.
  • You'll build strong relationships and product knowledge across the Alcumus Group to facilitate the identification of cross selling opportunities

  • Experience of leading a phone-based new business team
  • Target driven, self-motivated and dedicated.
  • Experienced in pitching, negotiating and objection handling.
  • Excellent understanding of new business sales processes, with the ability to stand back and redesign them, always striving for continuous improvement.
  • Strong track record of delivery to target in a new business environment.
  • Team management skills e.g. conducting 121's, performance management and coaching
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
