    Our seven hotels are unique (quirky even) and set in three stunning Scottish locations.

    Some are big, some are small but all offer good food & drink, great beds and a ton of things to do.

    Crieff Hydro Hotel
    Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we're set in a 900acre estate in stunning Perthshire. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities– there really is something for everyone

    Crieff Hydro welcomes up to 1000 customers a day, some looking for a leisurely coffee or family meal whilst others are here to celebrate a special occasion or entertain clients.

    Therefore our cafes, bars, restaurants and banqueting department are need to offer great food and great service.

    Your passion for food and customer service will be contagious and you'll enjoy coaching and developing your large team about quality standards .

    You'll also have a keen eye for detail and a sharp commercial acumen with a track record of increasing profitability .

    You'll be a knowledgeable, fun and creative leader.

    First and foremost, you'll understand what's available in the quality food & drink scene both in terms of suppliers and competitors to make sure we're creating great places for our guests to enjoy themselves and want to come back.

    You'll also know how to deliver the consistently high standard of service which our customers expect but also be able throw in that little something extra, something surprising..

    something that shows they're eating or drinking with us You'll have great business savvy and will drive the team to achieve all commercial measures and KPI`s of the food and beverage department.

    Experience – of managing a large team within the hospitality industry
    Organised – your keen eye for detail will keep us right and support the General Manager and Food and Beverage team in implementing new products and processes
    Ideas and openness – we're up for doing things differently and will try (almost) everything once so tell us more and keep on top of food trends
