    We are currently in search of a highly motivated and conscientious New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our growing team based in our Knightsbridge office.

    The New Homes Sales Negotiator will be responsible for understanding buyer requirements, booking viewings for matching properties, negotiating offers and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services.


    Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
    Register and qualify new buyersMaintaining accurate customer relationship management system recordsProactively generate leads for available properties through daily call-outsNegotiate sales and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely mannerDemonstrate excellent customer serviceAct as the main point of contact for potential buyers, providing information about new homes, prices and availabilityBuild and maintain relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales processConduct property viewings highlighting the features and benefits of each propertyDevelop a thorough understanding of the local property market, including competitor activity and buyer preferences

    Person Specification:

    Experience in new homes sales is a strong advantagePrevious sales experience desiredExperience with Reapit or other customer relationships management systems desiredWillingness to learnSelf-motivatedExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProven track record in sales or customer service rolesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in completing documentationAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamKnowledge of the property market and sales processesAbility to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet sales targetsProficiency in Microsoft Office and sales softwareWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
