The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to either a team of healthcare professionals.
The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.
The post holder will be required to work as part of a team at a community base and provide cross cover during periods of staff absence.
Planning and organisational tasks/dutiesTo use a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel etc to produce correspondence and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
