- Business Development: Actively engage in business development activities, including networking, partnerships, and proposal development. Drive the sales process for data and BI services, from lead generation to closure.
- Solution Delivery: Oversee the delivery of data and BI projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business challenges and crafting bespoke data solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Microsoft stack.
- Team Management: Attract, develop, and retain a team of data professionals. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with Microsoft and other partners to stay ahead of technology advancements and ensure our team is fully trained and certified.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a data/BI consulting practice, with a strong track record of delivering successful data projects using the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Data Services, Power BI).
- Extensive experience in business development, with demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management in the consulting sector.
- Deep technical expertise in data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, data visualization, and advanced analytics.
- Strong understanding of the broader data and analytics market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Data Analyst Associate, Data Engineer Associate, Data Scientist Associate) are highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years in a consulting or services environment.
- Prior experience with the Microsoft data and analytics stack is essential.
