    We have an exciting mid-shift, Manila-based opportunity available for a Quality and Compliance Manager . Work from home or office based – you choose

    Our client

    In this position, you will be assigned to our client in Peterborough, England. They have built a family of businesses through investment and organic growth which is centered around one common goal – to deliver better healthcare, faster.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Be able to support businesses with their quality management systems.
    • Be able to lead and conduct audits for organizations.

    Your Background

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality and Compliance or a similar position.
    • Understanding of ISO accreditations, ideally 14001, 9001, 45001 and
    • Understanding of Risk Management and keeping risk registers up to date.
    • Have an understanding of non-conformities and root cause analysis.
    • Ideally, they will have worked with an organization in the UK, but it is not essential.
    • A relevant bachelor's degree qualification is required.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Highly motivated and confident.
    • Time management, organizational and planning skills.
    • Ability to learn business context quickly.
    • High level of computer competence.
