    Description

    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

    This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

    They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    Responsibilities
    Identify partnership opportunities
    Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
    Maintain existing business

    Think critically when planning to assure project successIdentify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, market research, and lead generation.

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and accounts.
    Nurture relationships and conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs.
    Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized, compelling solution proposals.
    Deliver product presentations and demos, handle objections, and negotiate terms.
    Close new business deals that meet or exceed revenue quotas.
    Develop content and materials to support lead generation and sales enablement.
    Represent the company at conferences, trade shows and other events.
    Provide input into marketing initiatives to improve lead quality.
    Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.

    Qualifications
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
    Focused and goal-oriented.
    Preferably, you have a Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, marketing, or any other related field.
    Approx. 3 years of proven experience in the B2B sales and business development.
    Proven ability to identify and generate leads and sales opportunities.
    Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals.
    Ability to identify customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
    Competency in managing and expanding sales territories effectively.
    In-depth understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships within the industry:
    Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
    Fluency in English.
    Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    Hybrid working, with regular attendance in our office in Dudley, West Midlands.
    Travel within UK may be required up to 60% of the time.
