    About the Opportunity

    We're a UK-based deep tech start-up seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our enthusiastic and rapidly growing team. Ideally, you'll have 5+ years industry experience working as a Technical Project Manager working on a wide range of challenges in a fast-moving environment. This is an exciting role which will suit an enthusiastic, self-starting individual who is happy to take responsibility for delivering a wide range of projects to a variety of customers including institutional and commercial organisations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project managing 3+ software & hardware projects e.g., deployment, developments or integrations

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience

    · Experience project manging teams to build and integrate fully offline scalable applications

    · Project budgetary control and management

    · Schedule derivation, control and management

    · Risks and Issues capture and management

    · Project resource tracking and management

    · Assumption and Dependency management

    · Scope and requirement definition and management

    · Co-ordination of appropriate technical oversight with the project's Tech Lead

    · Accurate and realistic project reporting to clients, Oxford Dynamics' Leadership team, and other key stakeholders

    · Acting as primary point of contact for all programmatic project queries to the client and other key stakeholders

    · Resolution of programmatic issues with appropriate communication and buy-in from relevant internal and external stakeholders

    · Support to technical team in resolution of technical issues, ensuring appropriate communication and buy-in from relevant internal and external stakeholders

    · Supplier and sub-contractor management

    · Bid management and development of programmatic inputs for bids

    · Representing Oxford Dynamics at external events and conferences

    · Support / lead on implementing appropriate quality management systems

    Preferred Qualifications & Experience

    • SC clearance or above
    • A portfolio of previous work

    · Experience building / managing fully offline applications

    • Experience with Agile product development
    • Experience of working in a fast moving commercial environment
    • Experience presenting to senior project stakeholders
    • Keen business development interest
    • Experience and knowledge of data security and compliance
    • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment such as defence, nuclear, space etc

    Start date: Immediate
