    Description

    Our Client is the Façade arm of a Construction Group of businesses, specialising in New Build, Recladding and Property Services in both Commercial and Residential sectors.

    Head Office based in Potters Bar and have been in the market for an 10 years and have built an impressive annual Turnover circa £60m, working on a variety of projects Nationwide.

    The Facades division is one-stop shop for building envelope services, specialising in Design, Supply and Installation of various packages including SFS, Cladding, Glazing, Curtain, EWI and Render Systems, with contract values typically ranging from £1m to £15m, working with a variety of Main Contractors and Housing Associations.

    Our client is looking to expand their business and striving for business growth, they are looking to expand their Design team bringing in a new addition with plans to further develop within the business.

    You will be based in the Enfield office, where you will be surrounded by a knowledgeable design team who are focused on delivering designs on time and to budget.

    Working with a variety of clients such as Barrett's, the Berkley Group and Regal London, across a range of residential and commercial new build Projects.

    To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival Façade subcontractor in the UK.

    In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have facade experience including Cladding, Curtain walling and Rain Screens.

    You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality.

    Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case-by-case basis depending on previous experience.
