Now in our 12th year, with over 370 employees in offices across Europe, we're crafting a brilliant, relevant product that makes a difference in people's lives and the well-being of their families.

We've come this far by building a talented, diverse workforce on a fair culture and our strong values. Having this strong team of employees, we can serve those who really need our product to make their lives better.

    Fincrime Product Director

We are seeking a talented and visionary Financial Crime Product Director to lead the development and management of our financial crime prevention solutions. As a key leader in our product management team, you will drive the strategic direction of our financial crime product portfolio, leveraging your expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with Engineering teams to help identify and automate our detection, decisioning and actions on Fincrime and Fraud, whilst also driving growth across the business and having a high level of thought and empathy for the customer experience. This leader will need to have deep empathy for our customers and a desire to make an already well-loved customer experience organisation world-leading

Join us in making a profound difference by combating financial crime, where every effort directly impacts lives, thwarting money launderers, and fostering a safer, more secure world for all.

    Your contributions to FinCrime:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of the financial crime product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver market-leading solutions.
  • Define product requirements and priorities based on market analysis, customer feedback, and regulatory guidance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive product development initiatives from ideation to launch, overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, compliance and marketing teams, to prioritise and execute product enhancements that meet the needs of our clients and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes related to financial crime, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • A bit about you:

  • You can lead people and build teams - you can hire awesome talent and also get the best out of people. You have led and grown multiple product managers before directly.
  • You are able to get the team to dream big, align on a commonly agreed vision and draw a clear path to get there
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial crime prevention solutions within the fintech industry.
  • Good understanding of financial crime typologies, including anti-money laundering (AML), fraud, risk scoring, sanctions, and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex fintech products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of product managers;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organisation.
  • A love of highly cross-functional teams including close partnership with Engineering, Data and Operations leaders
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach.
