- Investigating escalated and complex complaints (stage 2 and Ombudsman)
- Carrying out detailed investigations, with robust and evidence-based conclusions and remedies
- Identifying and tracking commitments and learning opportunities.
- Ensuring attention to detail in submitting case file requests to the Ombudsman and addressing gaps.
- Escalating issues of non-compliance.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Previous experience working for a local authority is essential
- Previous experience working in a similar role within property sector is desirable
- Ability to develop and demonstrate questioning skills to effectively gather relevant information and evidence is essential
