    London, Hybrid working with 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home

    The Dutch Speaking Business Developerwould play a key role in expanding the business on the B2B landscape across the Dutch Market, while building relationships with new and existing accounts.

    Selling and advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitment agencies and Freelancers
    Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
    Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales Navigator, Networking, etc) and follow-up
    Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
    Participate in online and offline events
    Ensuring the quality of the clients' and consultants' experience and the outreach of Hightekers in the Dutch market

    Fluency in English, written and spoken is essential
    Fluency in Dutch, written and spoken, would be required for the role
    Previous experience working in the Dutch Market in a Sales/Business Development role is a must
    Previous experience working in a similar industry (or umbrella, SaaS, Software Development, etc), is a must for the role
    Previous experience in Sales, Business Development in a B2B environment
    Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    A strong can-do attitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time and different projects
    Initial screening with Talent Acquisition
    # Interview with the Regional Manager and Business Development Manager (plus a short presentation)
